Anna Pearce Visscher
In October 1768, she married Albany native John T. Visscher at the Albany Dutch church. At that time she was identified as a spinster. By 1783, the marriage had produced seven children. The last baptism is the most recent definitive reference to Anna thus far encountered in our search of the community-based record and Internet sweep.
By the late 1780s, these Visschers had moved their family to Fort Hunter where John T. became a prominent resident who lived at least until 1832.
We seek information on the later life and passing of Anna Pearce Visscher. With so many unanswered questions, at this point, we must move on.
