Drea Bates

Juandrea Bates was a student intern majoring in History at the State University College at Oneonta.

During the Spring and Summer of 2004, she worked at the Project helping create an Internet version of Anne Grant's classic Memoirs of an American Lady

In 2005, she was named "History Scholar" by the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History.

How about this?

When we knew her, she became ill and could not complete her internship.

She seems to have graduated from SUNY Oneonta and has prospered as a historian. Could this be her today? Hope so!

In fact, all these links seem to be related to her development as a historian!
