¹ Pre-K and Kindergarten programs are limited to 20 students per class. All other programs have a limit of 25 students per class. There is no limit to the number of students in a self-guided group.

¹ We STRONGLY advise that your group arrive at the Museum at least 15 minutes prior to your program's scheduled start time. If you are scheduled for a 10:00 am program you should plan to arrive at the Museum no later than 9:45 am. Scheduling limitations do not allow extending program time to groups that arrive late.

LUNCHROOM INFORMATION

Seating is available for those groups that register to bring lunches and eat them on the premises. Reserved seating is available Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 1:00pm. A half hour slot will be assigned to your group according to the start of your scheduled tour.

The Museum and its staff will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate students or groups with special needs. If your group or any of its students require any special accommodations, please describe them below.

If your group is scheduled for tours or events elsewhere in the Empire State complex for that day, please list times and locations. Also, if you have any additional information to share that will enable our staff to better assist you, please include that here.
