Confirmations:

An e-mail confirmation of your reservation will be sent within 48 hours of our receiving your registration information. If you do not have an email address your confirmation(s) will be faxed or sent via regular mail. Please review this information carefully and call (518) 474-5843 immediately to correct any discrepancies, or if you are running late the day of your arrival.
Note: If the dates you have chosen are not available, our office will contact you directly.

Rescheduling/Canceling Your Reservation

Please notify us by by telephone (518) 474-5843, fax (518) 486-7275, or e-mail groupreg@mail.nysed.gov at least 48 hours in advance to cancel your reservation or reschedule your date. 
Note: If rescheduling, we cannot guarantee immediate availability.

Special Needs

When making your reservations, please inform us of any special assistance that your group or any of its members may require. Our ability to meet special needs requests will be confirmed before your visit. However, if you have any questions prior to registering, please feel free to contact us.

Museum Open Monday-Saturday: 9:30 am to 5 pm | Carousel Hours: 10 am to 4:30 pm
