John Pasquini and Ralph Rataul interview Senior Historian John Scherer in October of 2008 about his experiences in a career spanning more than 40 years at the Museum. The two anthropologists initiated an oral history project to record the unwritten history of the people “who’ve worked at and shaped” the Museum.
