Girl doll detail one

Traditional style women's Iroquois clothing is created in miniature. Rosemary was commissioned by the Museum to create clothing for a pair of Cabbage Patch dolls to reflect the contemporary use of traditional techniques and patterns. She states that, "the pieces were sewn together all by hand... beadwork pieces were done on velvet as the old antique work was sewn with raised beadwork style of the Tuscarora people using the purple and white colors of the Longhouse People."
