Guidelines for Moderators

Moderators will be needed to facilitate the contributed oral sessions. The primary duties include:

• Introducing the speakers (name, job title, affiliation and title of presentation)
• KEEPING THE SPEAKERS ON SCHEDULE! Presenters have 15 minutes for their talk, which is followed by 5 minutes for questions.
• Reminding the audience members to turn off their cell phones.
