Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Each poster presenter will be allowed a display area that is 8 feet wide × 4 feet tall. Posters may be any size as long as they fit within the area of the display boards. The display boards will be particle board or fiber board. Thumbtacks or tape can be used to affix posters to the boards. In addition, we will also have a limited number of large easels which can be used if you already have your poster mounted on a rigid board.
