*Undergraduate and graduate students need to complete the Student Information Form to receive the special student rates. This form is included on the second page of the Conference Registration Form (Adobe Acrobat PDF).
Monday Evening Dinner Fee - All attendees wishing to attend the Monday evening dinner buffet must purchase a dinner ticket for $30.00. The dinner is not included in the conference registration fee. The dinner buffet will include salad, several entree selections, and dessert. Vegetarian options will be available.
