*Undergraduate and graduate students need to complete the Student Information Form to receive the special student rates. This form is included on the second page of the Conference Registration Form (Adobe Acrobat PDF).
Thursday Evening Dinner Fee - All attendees wishing to attend the Thursday evening dinner buffet must purchase a dinner ticket for $25.00. The dinner is not included in the conference registration fee. The dinner buffet will include salad, several entree selections, and dessert. Vegetarian options will be available. (Note: the Thursday evening buffet is now sold-out. Fortunately, there are numerous restaurants within close vicinity of the convention center. A list of these local restaurants will be available at the registration desk.)
