All individuals, including presenting authors, must register for the conference. Fees provide admission to the conference, the keynote address, refreshments during the two days of oral presentations, and a printed program with abstracts of all presentations. Additional copies of the printed abstract book can be purchased at the registration desk. Check our registration fees page for pricing information.
The Thursday evening buffet and the Friday invasive species luncheon are now filled and we can no longer accept additional attendees to these events. There are numerous restaurants within close vicinity of the convention center. A list of these local restaurants will be available at the registration desk.

Conference registration will be available in the hallway in front of the meeting rooms at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center (which is located beneath The Egg) on Thursday from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
