This interactive program will take you through the experience of someone coming to New York City through Ellis Island in the early 20thcentury. Participants will simulate the trip made by millions and learn of the many barriers to entry that riddled the country’s immigration system. Visitors will also journey through several related museum exhibits and engage in a variety of unique and educational activities along the way!
