Paper Star Craft

1:30–3:30 p.m.
Adirondack Hall

The Nautical Star refers to Polaris, the North Star. Before sailors had advanced navigational systems, they relied on the position of the North Star to help keep them on course. Eventually the Nautical Star became a symbol of hope, as it helped sailors overcome their fear of getting lost or losing a sense of direction.
