The 2009 Time Tunnel Summer Day Camp at the New York State Museum is an exciting, fun-filled way for your child to fill her/his summer days! Now open to children entering first through eighth grades, Time Tunnel is a much-loved and well-respected educational day camp entering its twentieth year. Three, two week thematic sessions encourage children to discover and explore the world through arts & crafts, educational programs in museum exhibits, cooperative games, computers, swimming and much more. Time Tunnel is open from 9:00a.m.to 4:00p.m.each day, with the opportunity to register for hour-early and/or hour late (Time Tunnel Extra) sessions as needed. Register for one, two, or all six weeks. Daily snacks are provided, but campers must bring their own lunch.

Time Tunnel Summer Day Camp presents diverse approaches to learning in the creative environment of the nation’s oldest state museum. An expert staff of educators, scientists, historians, artists and counselors guide this lively program with attentiveness to children’s educational and recreational needs. Campers explore the Museum using the Time Tunnel themes, play games and sports in the Museum’s outdoor courtyard, spend time on computers everyday, and swim each day at the Lincoln Park Pool, which is opened daily especially for us!

Time Tunnel fills quickly so take advantage of this awesome educational camp experience for your child, soon! Download the Time Tunnel 2009 Registration Form (PDF)
