- Publications may be ordered by phone, fax, mail, or email.
- We accept Visa or Master Card only by phone or by fax.
- Prepayment is required for individuals.
- Purchase orders are accepted from businesses and institutions.
- New York State Residents must include 8.00% sales tax on total cost including shipping
- Tax exempt organizations must include their Tax exempt number with their purchase order.
- Checks should be made payable to the "NYS Education Department".
