Annually, the Local Government Historians of New York State are required to report data about their activities during the year to the Department of Education.

After a review of the old format and the utility of having a complex and extensive statistical report, it has been decided that we will accept whatever form of annual report you feel is appropriate. Since you are required to file a report with your appointing authority each year, you may simply send us a copy of that if you wish. If you have a specific point you wish to make through your annual report, you may do so in whatever form you feel is most effective.
