Geneseo Center for Local and Municipal History Awarded NEH Grant

Some Exciting news from the Geneseo Center for Local and Municipal History. The NEH announced today that we will be receiving an NEH-SHARP grant to support the Center. The money will allow us to hire a part-time director and to fund fully 21 student internships (seven each in the spring of 2022, the following summer and the fall.
This is an exciting opportunity. If you have a project where you think a student from the Geneseo Center might be of assistance, I hope you will reach out to me. Students will have to complete approximately 150 hours of work over the course of their internships. We will pay them through the grant for their work. Read more...
