The New York State Summer School of the Arts, comprised of seven component summer residential schools, is supported and administered by the State Education Department. NYSSSA’s goal is clear: to provide intensive, pre-professional training programs for New York State’s most gifted and motivated young artists who are considering careers in the arts or entertainment industries. Over 400 high school students participate in the program every year.
We invite you to see this wonderful program in action. Below is a complete schedule of concerts and events that the Summer School of the Arts will be hosting. All events are free and open to the public. For additional information about NYSSA, please visit: http://www.oce.nysed.gov/nysssa
