Read about the daily schedule and children’s chores, and try one or two simple tasks. Discover their innovations such as the flat broom and learn how these tools were re-designed to make community living easier. Practice a Shaker dance and meet a Shaker woman from the past as she shares fun facts about growing up in the community. Educators and volunteers will be on-hand to share a cart full of Shaker-related objects and to answer questions.
