2022 NYSA Research Residency Program Applications Now Available - Deadline January 15, 2022

Come to the State Archives as a Hackman Research Resident! The Larry J. Hackman Research Residency Program supports advanced work on New York State history, government, or public policy using historical records in the State Archives. The onsite program is open to faculty and graduate students in the humanities and social, natural, and life sciences, public historians, and teachers. The program honors the New York State Archivist who managed the dramatic development of the State Archives between 1981 and 1995.

Applications for the upcoming year must be postmarked or emailed by midnight (ET) January 15, 2022.
