A Message from I Love NY

New York State is home to many world-renowned museums, cultural institutions, zoos, and other places that inspire. Due to coronavirus restrictions, most of the state's incredible attractions are temporarily closed, but many can still be explored online from the comfort of your own home.
We have found a virtual exhibit on early home video games courtesy of Rochester's Strong Museum of Play. We are checking in on our pal April the Giraffe and her offspring and pals at the Animal Adventure Park. We take virtual walks above the trees in the Adirondacks with the 360-degree virtual tour of the Wild Center and Wild Walk. And we’ve marveled at the glass-blowing techniques at the Corning Museum of Glass.
Of course, New York State institutions famed for world-class performances are also keeping online viewers entertained, from free video on demand operas from the Metropolitan Opera in Manhattan to performances by the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.
You can find these and other activities on our blog post New York State’s Best Online Events, Virtual Tours, and Livecams, which we’re updating frequently. If you would like I Love NY to add online content from your organization, please contact
