Ron Chernow Presented with the 2016 Empire State Archives & History Award
Pulitzer Prize winner (Washington: A Life) Ron Chernow was honored with the 2016 Empire State Archives & History Award on November 2nd, 2016 at an event in Albany. Before being presented the award, Chernow discussed his career--including his biography on Alexander Hamilton that is the basis for the Broadway phenomanon Hamilton--with aclaimed Lincoln scholar and Archives Partnership Trust Board Member Harold Holzer. The event and award were presented by the Archives Partnership Trust.
