Two New York Museums Named as Finalists for the IMLS National Medal for Museum Service
The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) announced today that the Children’s Museum of Manhattan in New York City and the Wild Center in Tupper Lake are both finalists for the prestigious 2022 National Medal for Museum Service. The National Medal is the highest honor awarded to museums that demonstrate exemplary service to their communities. The full IMPLS press release can be seen here.
